Paul founded 75Media in 2020 after more than 15 years managing UK-wide out-of-home operations. Prior to his years in OOH, Paul spent 10 years at the helm of branding and design agencies, both in the UK and Middle East, working with clients HSBC, Nike, First Direct and Ford.
Alongside the other 75Media directors, Paul is the driving force behind the company’s goal to become the number one billboard advertising network for brands in the UK. His years of experience in the outdoor media industry have enabled 75Media to carve out a unique proposition in the market giving both direct and agency customers access to a high-quality billboard inventory, while consistently ensuring billboard advertising remains accessible and affordable for businesses of all sizes.
When Paul isn’t immersed in the world of OOH, you’ll find him mountain biking across the wilds of the Yorkshire moors or out hiking with his wife and rescue dog. Outdoor really is in Paul’s blood!
Alex started his journey into the Outdoor Advertising industry in 2018, with fellow Sales Director and best friend, Joe Lawson. Their start-up company Bee Outdoor was based in Yorkshire, and they operated a small but highly successful network of D48s across Yorkshire and the North West.
In 2021, they merged their business with 75Media and Alex became the Operations Director. In the last two years, Alex has made huge operational changes to the business which have helped 75Media become a digital, data and technology driven media owner.
Alex is in charge of the rollout of 75Media’s digital & classic billboard networks. He executes the vision and strategy of 75Media and ensures a smooth running of the business. Alex aims to make 75Media the number one billboard network for brands in the UK.
Alex is a big Arsenal fan and technology enthusiast. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and walking his dog, Sully, who chews everything in the office when he visits Alex at work!
Joe joined 75Media in 2021 after 4 years of working within the out-of-home industry at Bee Outdoor. Joe and our Operations Director Alex, founded Bee Outdoor, the digital out of home operator back in 2018 – AND they have been best friends since they were both 6 years old.
Joe has experience working for brands, digital marketing agencies, and has worked in non-for-profit roles and commercial organisations.
At 75Media Joe is building an innovative sales operation, driving 75Media to be the UK’s leading billboard network for brands across the UK.
When Joe isn’t immersed in sales, he volunteers his time as Chair of Huddersfield BID, an organisation which drives improvement in Huddersfield Town Centre. On the weekend Joe likes a good dog walk and watching his beloved Huddersfield Town.
Marketing and Communications Director
Katy transitioned into out-of-home, after 20 years in PR, to join Paul in launching 75Media back in 2020.
Katy’s professional life began in the arts and not-for-profit sector, working for organisations such as Manchester Camerata and Universities UK. Later, Katy made the leap into freelance consulting where she handled comms for brands and organisations including the National Trust, the National Science and Media Museum and Ilkley Brewery.
As well as overseeing 75Media’s communications and marketing outputs, Katy is also the driving force behind the company’s brand development.
Beyond branding, you’ll find her immersed in the world of interiors as she and her partner renovate their 1970s doer-upper. If she’s not perusing paint samples or imagining staircase designs, Katy will be out with her senior Springer Spaniel on Ilkley Moor.

Neil has worked in advertising, PPC and social media sales his whole career, apart from a five-year hiatus in New Zealand! Neil works alongside Joe Lawson, our Sales Director, and focuses on the direct sales side of our business, working predominantly with local businesses.
Neil lives down the road in Nottingham with his partner, Lauren, their dog Lucy, and Buddy the rabbit! Outside of sales, Neil is a huge Leeds United fan and also loves spending time in the great outdoors with his family.
Agency Account Manager
Paula started her OOH career in 2002 with Adshel (Clearchannel) and went on to enjoy a long spell with Admedia (now iMedia), representing their motorway portfolio in agencies and specialists regionally.
Paula became self-employed in 2018 as a sales consultant working with indie OOH contractors. Paula is really enjoying working with 75Media during an exciting period of growth with fabulous formats and networks ready to take the OOH & DOOH world by storm!
Paula is a ‘maker’ who loves anything to do with yarn. She is a life-long learner, currently taking her maths GCSE whilst also preparing to take her Grade 4 piano!
She is also a ‘mumager’ to her youngest son George who is just starting out in his acting career – coming to your TV screen soon (honestly)!
Paula relaxes by spending time in her second home in France whenever she can.
Business Development Manager
Sarah works alongside Alex, our Operations Director, and for most of our clients, Sarah is the main point of contact. Sarah delivers and manages our local, regional, and global client campaigns across our UK-wide network of classic and digital billboards.
Sarah graduated from Leeds Beckett University in the summer of 2022 with a first-class degree in Media and Communication. Sarah transferred to Leeds Beckett University from Dubai where she studied Communication and Digital Production for three years. Prior to 75Media, Sarah worked in various communications-based roles in Dubai, Sri Lanka and Leeds.
Sarah loves to eat out at restaurants and Leeds foodie places on the weekends and enjoys cooking elaborate meals with her partner.
Sarah also enjoys going on daytrips around England and her favourite thing to do is go wild swimming in the summer.
Justine’s role at 75Mmedia is integral to building and sustaining relationships with our clients: she is the main point of contact for all accounts queries and is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our finance systems.
Prior to 75Media, Justine worked in marketing for 26 years, starting her career as a personal assistant. Justine has also been an air hostess too, so there isn’t much she can’t turn her hand to!
In her spare time, Justine enjoys exploring the Lake District with her dog Cosmo and visiting the vast array of Lakeland pubs for food and drink along the way.
