Senior Leadership Team

Paul Inman
Paul founded 75Media in 2020 after more than 15 years managing UK-wide out-of-home operations. Prior to this, Paul spent over a decade in brand design, both in the UK and Middle East, working with clients such as HSBC, Nike, First Direct and Ford.
As CEO of 75Media, Paul Inman sets the overall vision and direction of the business, ensuring it remains innovative, commercially strong, and people-focused. A firm believer in leadership at every level, Paul champions a culture of openness, forward thinking, and execution excellence.
Paul plays a key role in shaping the company’s future, identifying new opportunities, and driving strategic partnerships that push 75Media ahead of the competition. With a passion for technology and efficiency, he actively explores AI, automation, and other innovations to enhance business performance and deliver greater results for clients.
Paul is also focused on strengthening relationships with key strategic partners, particularly Wildstone and its broader senior leadership team, to ensure alignment with 75Media’s long-term growth ambitions.
Joel Turner
With an extensive background in digital marketing and communications, Joel has spent much of his career in leadership roles within digital and marketing agencies.
As Managing Director, Joel is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the business and ensuring 75Media stays ahead of the curve in the out-of-home industry. He drives the strategic direction of the business, balancing commercial growth with operational excellence, innovation, and company culture.
Joel plays a key role in driving new initiatives, fostering a high-performance environment, and ensuring that every area of the business—from sales to operations through to brand comms—is aligned with our broader vision. He works closely with the senior leadership team to maintain 75Media’s position as a leading force in roadside OOH.

Matthew Connolly
Matt is an ICAEW chartered accountant and has had an expansive finance career which started in audit and then progressed to overall finance management.
Matt is pivotal to the financial health and stability of 75Media, ensuring the business is in the strongest possible position to scale and thrive. He works closely with the CEO, MD, and Commercial Director to facilitate growth, structure commercial deals, and optimise financial performance.
With a sharp focus on forecasting, cash flow, and financial strategy, Matt ensures that 75Media continues to grow sustainably while making smart commercial decisions. His expertise helps shape the financial terms of key deals, balancing investment in growth with strong financial discipline.

Joe Lawson
With extensive experience working for brands and digital marketing agencies, as well as not-for-profit and commercial organisations, Joe joined 75Media in 2021 as one of the founding directors.
He now leads the commercial strategy at the company ensuring our roadside billboard portfolio delivers maximum value for advertisers while driving sustainable revenue growth. He oversees pricing, sales performance, and client relationships, ensuring that our offering remains competitive and compelling in the evolving out-of-home (OOH) landscape.
With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, Joe ensures our audience delivery teams are equipped with the insights and tools needed to engage clients effectively. He works closely with brands and agencies to demonstrate the power of large-format OOH, aligning our commercial approach with both market trends and advertiser needs.
Joe also works closely with all sales team heads to ensure targets are met, providing strategic guidance and support to drive performance across the business.

Alex Simpson
Alex joined 75Media as one of the founding directors after years of successfully running his own OOH business. Today, he leads the Operations Department, overseeing the expansion of our network through strategic development and acquisitions. A strong advocate for operational excellence, Alex is dedicated to upholding high standards of maintenance and compliance across our estate.
Alex also oversees both our planning and delivery teams, bridging the gap between sales and operations to ensure the highest quality delivery of campaigns for our clients. Additionally, he manages our key relationships with suppliers, partners, and contractors.
Alex’s strategic approach focuses on scalable processes and systems that support 75Media’s ongoing expansion. Beyond asset management and contractor oversight, he is at the forefront of integrating our technology solutions, exploring how platforms and automation can further streamline operational efficiencies and enhance decision-making.


Katy Conway
Following a 20-year career in PR – working with national consumer brands such as Nestle and the National Trust – Katy transitioned into the world of out-of-home in May 2020, joining Paul at the inception of 75Media.
Katy is responsible for shaping and growing the 75Media brand, ensuring our presence in the out-of-home industry is clear, consistent, and engaging. Katy oversees all internal and external marketing and communications channels, working closely with a team of professionals to drive lead generation while amplifying and protecting the brand’s identity, positioning and reputation.
Additionally, Katy leads on developing and implementing the company’s Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) strategies, working with partners and suppliers to drive positive social impact and reach carbon net zero by 2040
Katy’s role also encompasses people and culture at 75Media, which sees her collaborating with HR and the senior leadership team to drive strong employee engagement and inclusivity across the business.

David Peters
David joins our senior leadership team as Specialists and Agencies Director after five months heading up our specialist and agency division.
Starting his career at Titan, Primesight and Global before co-founding iQOOH, David has over ten years experience in the OOH industry with a wealth of strong relationships across the sector.
At 75Media, David is the driving force for the specialist sales team to deliver a broad spectrum of specialist and agency campaigns across the UK. David focuses on maximising client relationships to increase revenue, whilst remaining commercially and economically conscious.

Chris Ball
Chris is an accomplished sales professional with over a decade of experience in the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising industry. As Business Director – National at 75Media, Chris leads our national direct sales division, fostering relationships with national brands, independent agencies, and international clients. His expertise spans from building long-term partnerships to creating impactful campaigns that resonate with audiences.
In his role at 75Media, Chris is instrumental in shaping the future of our national sales strategy, working closely with businesses and our expanding team to support our continued growth and success.
James McIntyre
James is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in driving growth and delivering commercial success. As Business Director England at 75Media, James oversees the regional direct sales team, leading on the development and execution of strategic commercial objectives while fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
With a strong focus on team development and client relationships, James plays a pivotal role in driving regional business growth, ensuring our campaigns make a meaningful impact with audiences. James’s leadership and expertise continue to support 75Media’s mission to deliver exceptional value for our partners and clients.
