Senior Leadership Team
Paul Inman
Paul founded 75Media in 2020 after more than 15 years managing UK-wide out-of-home operations. Prior to his years in OOH, Paul spent 10 years at the helm of branding and design agencies, both in the UK and Middle East, working with clients such as HSBC, Nike, First Direct and Ford.
Alongside the other 75Media directors, Paul is the driving force behind the company’s vision of becoming the UK’s number one roadside outdoor advertising network. His years of experience in the outdoor media industry have enabled 75Media to carve out a strong position in the market giving both direct and agency clients access to a high-quality, high-impact inventory of roadside billboards.
Katy Conway
Following a 20-year career in PR, Katy transitioned into the world of out-of-home in May 2020, joining Paul in launching 75Media.
Katy’s professional life began in the arts and not-for-profit sector, working for organisations such as Manchester Camerata and Universities UK. Later, Katy made the leap into freelance consulting where she handled comms for brands and organisations including the National Trust, the National Science and Media Museum and Ilkley Brewery.
As well as leading on 75Media’s external communications and brand development, Katy also oversees our ESG strategy, ensuring the company meets targets set around the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
Alex Simpson
Alex launched his OOH career in 2018, with fellow director, Joe Lawson, when they began their start-up company, Bee Outdoor. Alex and Joe operated a small but highly successful network of D48s across Yorkshire and the North West.
In 2021, Bee Outdoor merged with 75Media and Alex became our Operations Director. Alex has implemented significant operational changes across the business which have helped 75Media become a digital, data and technology-driven media owner.
Alex leads on the rollout of 75Media’s digital and classic billboard networks, alongside executing the vision and strategy of 75Media.
Joe Lawson
Joe joined 75Media in 2021 after four years running Bee Outdoor alongside our Operations Director, Alex.
Joe has extensive experience working for brands and digital marketing agencies, as well as in not-for-profit roles and commercial organisations.
At 75Media Joe is building an innovative sales operation, driving 75Media to be the UK’s leading billboard network for brands across the UK.
Outside of 75Media, Joe also volunteers his time as Chair of Huddersfield BID, an organisation which drives improvement in Huddersfield town centre.
Joel Turner
With an extensive background in digital marketing and communications, Joel is no stranger to the media industry and has spent much of his career in leadership roles at some of Leeds’ biggest agencies.
Joel leads on developing the 75Media proposition and in delivering the company’s vision of being the no.1 network for brands in the UK, through supporting our marketing and sales capabilities and overseeing our ambitious growth plans.
He drives our ambition to make OOH accessible to businesses of all sizes and types; championing the power of the medium and its ability to build brands and businesses.
Matthew Connolly
Matt is an ICAEW chartered accountant and has had an extensive finance career which started in audit and then progressed to overall finance management, helping companies in everything from business acquisitions and complex technical accountancy, to daily finance activity and monthly reporting.
At 75Media, Matt leads on evaluating new business opportunities, cashflow management, forecasting and reviewing our finance processes to ensure the appropriate foundations are in place for our planned significant growth.
David Peters
David joins our senior leadership team as Specialists and Agencies Director after five months heading up our specialist and agency division.
Starting his career at Titan, Primesight and Global before co-founding iQOOH, David has over ten years experience in the OOH industry with a wealth of strong relationships across the sector.
At 75Media, David is the driving force for the specialist sales team to deliver a broad spectrum of specialist and agency campaigns across the UK. David focuses on maximising client relationships to increase revenue, whilst remaining commercially and economically conscious.
