Campaign Delivery Manager

Overview

75Media is the fastest-growing roadside media owner in the UK. In 2024, the company will continue its rapid, country-wide network expansion. In order to support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking to recruit a Campaign Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for contracts processing, campaign fulfilment across digital and classic inventory and monitoring of campaign execution ensuring that they always deliver at 100%, and that the outcomes are communicated to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure brand ad copy aligns with legislation, our Network Promise, and HFSS restrictions, etc
  • Ensure the coordination of posting and scheduling of campaigns is carried out in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure all campaigns’ contractual requirements are fulfilled
  • Clearly communicate with the clients and brands the status of their campaigns
  • To maintain good internal liaison with the operations and commercial teams as well as our external printers and billposting contractors across England, Scotland and Wales
  • Monitor the progress of campaigns
  • Proactively provide POPs (proof of posting reports) on time and accurately to the client
  • Liaise with billposters on despatch, deliveries and campaign posting
  • Work with the operations team to identify any issues and resolve these in an efficient way
  • Address areas demonstrating inefficiencies in a prompt fashion
  • Remain open-minded and flexible in a continuously developing environment

Who you’ll work with

Success in this role necessitates close collaboration with multiple teams across the business daily. Those teams include, but are not limited to: campaign planning and sales support, operations and development, as well as our external suppliers. On top of this you will be in regular contact with clients, providing updates on live campaigns, responding to ad hoc requests as well as providing post-campaign service and reports. You will report to the Head of Planning & Delivery.
