Commercial Planning Manager

Overview

75Media is the fastest-growing roadside media owner in the UK. In 2024, the company will continue its rapid, country-wide network expansion. To support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking to recruit a Commercial Planning Manager. You will be responsible for planning campaigns and maximising yields for 75Media across our portfolio. Collaborating closely with sales, you will be the bridge between our sales teams and the campaign delivery team. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial support to the sales teams by building and planning campaigns to our client’s criteria whilst making smart commercial decisions that maximise yields for 75Media
  • Use planning support tools to create desirable and sellable campaigns with audience insight
  • Act as conduit between Operations and Sales
  • Respond to various requests from the sales teams relating to the sale of advertising campaigns across our digital and classic networks
  • Suggest relevant products to cross or up-sell when responding to briefs with strong knowledge of OOH (Out-of-Home)
  • Seamlessly manage deadlines and juggle proactive and reactive work
  • Have a thorough understanding of the full campaign lifecycle process
  • Possess an understanding of legislation and HFSS restrictions etc.
  • Clearly communicate with the sales teams and clients the status of campaigns
  • To maintain good internal liaison with the Operations, Finance, Development and Sales departments
  • Work with the operations and delivery teams to identify any issues and resolve these in an efficient way
  • Address areas demonstrating inefficiencies in a prompt fashion
  • Remain open-minded and flexible in a continuously developing environment

  • Efficiently communicate to different groups of people, with the right level of context and specificity

Who you’ll work with

Success in this role necessitates close cross-department collaboration with multiple team members across the business daily. On top of this, you will be in regular contact with team heads and clients, providing updates on live campaigns and responding to requests. You will report to the Head of Planning & Delivery.
