We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team at 75Media. Based in our Leeds office, you will play a pivotal part in executing our marketing and communications strategy, aiming to enhance our brand presence and solidify our position as a leader in the out-of-home advertising industry.

With a strong focus on managing and growing 75Media’s social media channels, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that all duties are delivered to align with the company’s objectives, brand identity, vision, and values.

Duties and responsibilities

Social media management

  • Develop and maintain a structured social media content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic posting schedule.
  • Create all organic social media posts including copy, imagery and video content via Hubspot scheduling.
  • Proactively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor relevant conversations and industry discussions to participate where appropriate, positioning 75Media as a thought leader.
  • Identify user-generated content (UGC) opportunities and encourage audience participation in campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to assess content effectiveness.
  • Produce regular social media reports to share key findings with the marketing team and senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure all social content follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice.
  • Encourage internal teams to engage with and share company content to increase reach and credibility.
  • Provide best practice guidelines for employees looking to optimise their LinkedIn presence and professional brand.
  • Work with the team to develop thought leadership content that positions 75Media as a key player in the out-of-home advertising industry

Sales and marketing assets

  • Coordinate the creation and production of sales and marketing materials.
  • Liaise with 75Media’s graphic designer.
  • Assist in producing video assets.
  • Manage the production of company-branded merchandise and stationery.

Digital marketing

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and external digital marketing agency to execute digital lead generation campaigns.
  • Contribute to monthly marketing ROI reports.

Website and blog

  • Support with website maintenance and development projects.
  • Perform basic website updates using the CMS.
  • Plan, research, and create content for the company blog.

Research and data

  • Proactively research industry news, insights, and competitor analysis.
  • Compile regular updates on industry research and statistics.

Internal communications

  • Assist in delivering regular internal communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute people and culture projects.
  • Maintain and update the 75Media’s intranet.

Broad departmental support

  • Assist in delivering special projects and events, including webinars and podcasts.
  • Support in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, reporting on their success.
  • Contribute to the implementation of 75Media’s ESG strategy and charity partnerships.
  • Aid in coordinating brand communications and PR campaigns.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging copy for all communication channels.
  • Proofread and edit all outbound copy to ensure high standards of spelling, grammar, and style.
  • Maintain and protect the company’s brand identity and reputation.

Skills and expertise

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of content marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience in planning, collating and creating social media content.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling tools for social media and campaign management.
  • Experience in creating and managing sales and marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and basic website updates.
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to analyse industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
