Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team at 75Media. Based in our Leeds office, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to craft and execute impactful email marketing campaigns using HubSpot. Your work will play a vital role in enhancing lead generation, optimising marketing and sales efforts, and contributing to our business growth.

Duties and responsibilities

Email campaign management 

  • Own the setup, delivery, and optimisation of email marketing automation campaigns using HubSpot’s Sales Hub and Marketing Hub Pro. 
  • Design and implement high-quality email automation campaigns that drive demand efficiently and at scale. 
  • Deliver targeted, content-driven campaigns to support lead generation, nurturing, scoring, and event promotion. 

Collaboration and strategy 

  • Contribute to the creation and execution of the digital marketing plan and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activities in partnership with the wider commercial team. 
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align campaign objectives and ensure effective data integration across systems. 
  • Collaborate with team members to develop engaging email templates, landing pages, and dynamic content. 

Analytics and optimisation 

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes. 
  • Support strategic projects, including segmentation, database growth, email deliverability, and performance reporting. 

Data management

  • Have overall responsibility for 75Media’s data collection and storage, ensuring the company is GDPR compliant
  • Work with sales representatives to collate new datasets for targeted outreach

Brand and content management 

  • Ensure all campaign materials align with our brand’s visual identity and tone of voice, acting as a brand guardian. 
  • Partner with the marketing team to manage content creation, ensuring compelling and promotional messaging across all formats and channels. 

Skills and expertise

Experience 

  • Min 2-3 years of experience in email or CRM marketing. 
  • Expert in using HubSpot CRM (certifications highly desirable). 
  • Strong track record of managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns. 
  • Experience in using marketing automation platforms, CMS tools, and database management. 
  • In-house experience in a similar role (preferred). 

 

Skills & Knowledge 

  • Proficiency in email frameworks, lead routing, and sales/marketing system integration. 
  • Ability to edit and adapt content for various promotional channels. 
  • Knowledge of performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools.
