Operations Executive

Overview

75Media is the fastest-growing roadside media owner in the UK. In 2024, the company will continue its rapid, country-wide network expansion. To support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking to recruit an Operations Executive. You will be responsible for supporting our operational heads with the day-to-day operations of the business, estate management, network development and other key areas, as well as supporting our planning and delivery teams 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Estate management – Assisting in the management of our classic and digital estate. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers and contractors. 
  • Liaise with partners – printers, billposters, utilities, and maintenance teams – to ensure media plans can be actioned efficiently and accurately whilst ensuring our billboards are maintained and upgraded appropriately. 
  • Portfolio onboarding – Assisting and helping to manage the onboarding process of newly built panels to handover to the planning and sales teams. 
  • Work with our operational heads and regularly review, refine, and implement operational efficiencies and required technology upgrades. 
  • Work with all department heads to ensure workflows are streamlined. 
  • Become competent using our operating, data, and mapping systems. 
  • General office administration.

What we're looking for

The successful candidate will be of graduate-level and will be confident using IT, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and be able to learn various online operating systems. The applicant should also have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, be able to problem solve daily and be able to multitask easily.  

  • An organised individual with the capability to manage timelines and deadlines effectively.

Who you'll work with

Success in this role necessitates close collaboration with multiple team members across the business. On top of this, you will be in regular contact with team heads, providing updates on projects and responding to requests. You will report to the Operations and Development Manager.  

Salary and benefits

  • A starting salary of £22,000 – £25,000 (experience dependant)
