Research and Insights Manager

Overview

75Media is a leading force in the Out of Home (OOH) advertising industry, specialising in large format roadside billboards. We are passionate about delivering bold, impactful advertising that connects brands with real audiences and drives measurable results.

This role will report directly to the Commercial Director, and work closely with them to shape go-to-market strategies and develop content focused on selling audience-led solutions across our different products, sales channels, and customer segments.

You’ll also collaborate with the sales team to build client strategies and pitch proposals for national scale brands, bringing compelling data, insight, and storytelling to help win and grow high value partnerships.

This role is central to informing our commercial approach, marketing efforts, and client relationships by delivering meaningful insights and standout narratives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, a creative approach to problem solving, and a solid understanding of the media landscape.

Duties and responsibilities

Audience and market insights

  • Analyse audience data to uncover behavioural trends, dwell times, demographics, and engagement
  • Use insights to inform internal decision making and develop client facing content

Go-to-market strategy and content

  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to shape go-to-market plans and messaging around audience-led solutions
  • Develop insight driven materials that support new product launches, market positioning, and proactive sales activity

Sales and marketing support

  • Collaborate with sales teams to build tailored client strategies and proposal decks, particularly for national scale brands
  • Create high impact sales narratives that combine audience data, performance insight, and market trends

Data management and accuracy

  • Manage relationships with data partners to ensure access to relevant datasets, tools, and audience targeting capabilities
  • Work closely with the Estates Manager to ensure all data relating to our site portfolio is accurate and kept up-to-date across internal systems and external trading or planning platforms

Research and thought leadership

  • Deliver ongoing market intelligence, competitor analysis, and trend reports
  • Produce white papers and reports that build 75Media’s position as a thought leader in the OOH space

Brand advocacy and public Engagement

  • Represent 75Media at industry events, conferences, and webinars
  • Launch and host a podcast or other content platform to share relevant insights and trends
  • Build relationships across the media, research, and advertising community to raise awareness of the 75Media brand

Skills and expertise

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field (Master’s a plus) 

Experience 

  • Background in research, strategy, or data insights within media or advertising
  • Experience developing audience-first marketing and sales content is a strong advantage 

Skills 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling insights
  • Confident communicator and strong presenter
  • Strong writing and time management skills
